PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #387: ANYTHING GOES

I have a Polkadoodles pre-coloured image to share with you today.  It's called Bella Bear Gift.  I have cut out the image with 2 Poppy Crafts dies.  My papers are from the PhotoPlay About A Little Boy pack.  I've added a strip of lace and a ribbon.  I've also added a few little buttons and flowers from 49 and Market.
