I have coloured the image with markers and added the sentiments.
My papers are from the Find It Media Lilly Luna pack. I've cut the tags with a Creative Dies wonky stitches die and tied in a silver heart by Ribtex.
I've added a paper doily, white ribbon and heart lace, plus flowers by 49 and Market and Green Tara. The little enamel dots are Echo Park.
