PAPER NEST DOLLS NORTH POLE

This adorable trio from Paper Nest Dolls are joining the rest of the gang to start the journey South from the North Pole.  We have North Pole Mini Santa, and two versions of North Pole Mini Reindeer: Rudolph and Dasher.  I've coloured the image with markers.

My papers for this card are from the First Edition Christmas Wishes paper pack.  The JOY flags are Photoplay stickers.  I've also used a few dies on this card: The star and snowflake frame are Find It Media, and the trees are Poppy Crafts.  Lastly, I've added two mini enamel dots from Echo Park.

We have lots of inspiration going on in our Paper Nest Dolls Inspiration group, so pop along to see more!

Thanks so much for popping in for a visit!

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE 456

We have one of my favourite sponsors at Penny's this week!

It doesn't get any cuter than this!

I've used Santa's Eve on my card.  I have coloured the image with markers and used a Poppy Crafts die to cut it out.

My papers are from two different paper packs: The darker, background paper from the DCWV Blue Noel paper pack, and the lighter blue and brown from the Ciao Bella Time for Home pack.

I've used a Poppy Crafts die for the sentiment snowflake, and added a KaiserCraft wooden snowflake, which I've sprayed with white Gesso.

The snowmen watching Santa's progress, and the snowy trees, are Dress It Up buttons.  I've finished my card off with a few pearls.

The team have put together a beautiful sampling of cards with images from our generous sponsor this week, so be sure to pop over to the challenge blog for a look!  Or head directly to our sponsor to get your cuteness fix!

Thanks so much for popping in for a look today!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #406: CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

Good Morning Crafters!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter!  Your theme for the week is
CHRISTMAS SPIRIT

This fun image is called Ice Skating Santa.  I have coloured him with markers and used a Creative Dies die to cut him and the sentiment out.

The sentiment is a Trimcraft Me to You stamp.  My paper, the tree border and the snowflakes are from the Photo Play Kringle & Co pack.

I've added three Poppy Crafts die cut trees.  I've made a bow with a wonderful Merry Christmas ribbon.  Unfortunately it has no packaging, so I'm not sure what brand it is.  Lastly, I've added a few Echo Park enamel dots.

We have our usual fantastic prize up for grabs this week!  You could win a $30 store voucher if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your creation, or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them - it could be the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the paper.

Time to pump out those Christmas cards!

Thanks so much for popping in for look today!

PASSION FOR PROMARKERS CHALLENGE #519: RIBBONS & BOWS

Good Morning crafters!

We have a super new challenge on the go at Passion for Promarkers this week, with a wonderful prize up for grabs: One stamp set (must be currently in stock) from:

Our lovely Karen has chosen your theme this week.  She'd like to see RIBBONS & BOWS on your creation.

I've used the opportunity to get another Christmas card under my belt.  I've used an adorable image from Alicia Bel called Rino & Reno.

I've used the following Promarkers:

Brown: Burnt Sienna; Cinnamon; Praline (plus Warm Grey on the antlers)
Ears & Feet: Coral; Oatmeal; Blush
Blue: Cobalt Blue; Arctic Blue; Sky Blue
Green: Soft Green; Pastel Green; Tea Green
Pink: Rose Pink; Blossom; Pink Carnation
Red: Burgundy; Crimson; Lipstick Red
Ground: Warm Greys 2 - 5

I've cut the image out using a Poppy Crafts die.  My papers are from the Fizzy Moon Christmas For Her pack.  I've die cut a little Christmas Tree, using a Find IT Media die.  The Sentiment is laser cut chipboard by 2Crafty.  My flowers are Petaloo and Blossoms By Vivaldi.

I've wrapped two sheer sparkly ribbon strips across the card and tied two little bows on them.

I hope you'll join in this week and grab your chance to win the fantastic prize up for grabs!  Looking forward to seeing your creation!

Thanks so much for popping in today.

DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS ELLA EVE

I often battle to translate an inspirational sketch into actual products in my craft room, so I don't often use them.  This month in our Facebook group though, we have a sketch challenge running, and I thought I'd create my inspirational card using the sketch.

My image is called Ella Eve Home For The Holidays.

I have coloured the image with markers and used a Creative Dies circle die to cut it out.

My papers are from two Studio Light paper packs from the Winter Feelings collection.  I've added a ribbon as the border between the two papers.

The sentiments on the bunting are Apple Blossom stamps and I have just glued the ribbon to the page behind the flags.  The snowflake circle is from an Amy Design die, which I cut twice and then cut into smaller bits, because the diameter was a little small to frame my image.

I've added a few pearls - because I'm not sure a card is ever complete unless it has a few pearls on there somewhere!

If you feel like playing along with our sketch this month, all you need to do is upload your Digi Doodle creation into the appropriate album in the group.

We also have our Blog challenge running, where you can enter using any brand of image.  The theme this month is: Christmas/Winter

And for all things adorable, just pop over to the store:

Thanks so much for popping in for look!

SNOW GLOBE

This beautiful image is the current Facebook Progressive Challenge freebie from Cute As A Button.  It's called Snow Globe.  I have coloured the image with markers and used a Spellbinders die to cut it out.  I added a few dabs of Frayed Burlap Distress Ink around the image, while it was still in the die.

I used a smaller version in the set of dies to end off one of the papers.  Both papers come from the Mintay Home For Christmas paper pack.

My flowers are a mix of Prima and Petaloo.  I've added a strip of ribbon and a matching pre-made bow from doCrafts and a peel-off sentiment.

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #455

It's time for a new challenge at Penny's, with an opportunity to win one of our two fantastic prizes.  Our two sponsors for the week are:

and

The team are showcasing images from one of my favourite stores!  This is Peppermint Patty from Cute As A Button.  I had so much fun colouring up little Patty.  Her hair is just so beautiful!

I have coloured the image with markers and cut it out to extend beyond the border I've made for her.  My paper is from the DCWV The Glitter Stack paper pack - one of my favourite oldies.

The sentiment is an Apple Blossom stamp, and I've used KaiserCraft dies to create the sentiment circle.  I've added flowers by Green Tara and Little Birdie, and three teeny pearls on the sentiment tag.

Don't miss this opportunity to snatch up a great prize!

Thanks so much for popping in for look today!
