This adorable image is called Headwrap Baby, from Digistamp Atelier.

I have coloured the image with Copics, then fussy cut her and pasted her onto a stitched edge oval die cut (Poppy Crafts).

My papers are from the Wild Rose Studio Bella paper pack.  I've added a strip of Offray glitter ribbon and Mont Marte flowers.

The sentiment is a Creative Expressions stamps and die set.

Thanks for popping in for a look!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #555: LET'S GET DOWN TO WORK

Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is
LET'S GET DOWN TO WORK

What we're looking for is... ANY OCCUPATION.

Golfing may be fun (for some), but it can also be an occupation, so I decided to go with Hole in Cap! for this one.

I have coloured the image with Copics.

My papers are from the Echo Park It's a Boy paper pack.  I've used a Paper Rose die to cut the tag shape, and added Jolee's stickers for all the rest.  There's an elderly golfer in our circle who may get a little giggle, getting this one for his birthday

Up for grabs at The Paper Shelter this week is our usual fantastic prize!  Our winner will win a $30 store voucher if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (you could choose the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set), or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.

Thanks for popping in!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #551: THIS BEAUTIFUL EARTH

Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is
THIS BEAUTIFUL EARTH

What we're looking for is... ANYTHING RELATED TO NATURE, plants, flowers, trees, etc.

The Paper Shelter has stunning floral images, so I decided to use two of them this week, to make two bookmarks.  Many years ago, I gave away handmade bookmarks as gifts, and my sister-in-law recently asked if I could make a few more, since her last one has. now done its time, and is looking a little tattered.

I've used the recoloured, composition options of In Bloom, and Wild Rose.

I've cropped the images down to fit my size, with as much image showing as possible.  I've then framed them, duplicated and flipped the images - so that I have a reversed image on the back, and added a strip of lace between the two sides, before sticking them to each other.  The tassel lace is Birch Creative, and the other is Simplicity.  I then inked all the edges.

I intended to laminate the bookmarks, but I couldn't figure out how to do it with the lace strip in tact, and I was running out of time, so I've left them raw.

PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #686: IN THE GARDEN

Good Morning crafty friends!

Our lovely Wendy has chosen your theme for the week at Passion for Markers.

This week we're playing
IN THE GARDEN

Our super prize for the week is coming from

I've got the cutest little character in my garden, called You Are My Sunshine.

I've coloured the image with Copics.

My papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Elegant Rose Frames Collection.  I've distressed the edges of the papers and the image panel.

I've added a strip of lace from my stash, and used another Simplicity piece to create the 'doily' in the top left corner.

My butterflies are Petal and my flowers are 49 and Market.  I've also added a few Simple Stories enamel dots.

Be sure to pop over to see what the rest of the team have created this week.  Thanks for having a look at mine!

Linda

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #549: IS IT A BIRD? IS IT A PLANE?

Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is
IS IT A BIRD?  IS IT A PLANE?

What we're looking for is... ANYTHING THAT FLIES

I chose this gorgeous pair for my card - they may not be flying right now, but they can BOTH fly!

The image is called Zen-sational.  I have coloured them with Copics and used a Creative Expressions die to cut them out.

My paper is from the Stamperia Flower Alphabet paper pack.  I've added a strip of lace from my stash, and two Prima lace flowers, but other flowers, from I Am Roses.  For a little extra softness, I've used a n Offray ribbon and tied it off in a big bow.

I finished off by stamping my sentiment directly onto the background paper (terrifying!).  The sentiment is a Creative Expressions stamp.
