THE CRAFTING CHALLENGE NOVEMBER CHALLENGE: ANYTHING GOES

I have the honour of Guest Designing for The Crafting Challenge this month, and got to use this adorable image by Natalia sz.

I have coloured the image with Copics and used a Creative Dies circle die to cut it out.

My papers are from one of my oldest paper packs by Wilson & Maclagan.  It isn't even named.

I've used a Spellbinders die for one of the papers.

I've added an Offray ribbon and flowers by I Am Roses and Little Birdie.

There's a super prize up for grabs this month, so be sure to pop over to the main challenge blog to get your entry in.

Thanks for popping over to see my contribution!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #573: YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR COMBO

Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is:
YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR COMBO

Now I have a few favourites, but brown combos are always top of my list.  This week, I'm going with PINK and BROWN

I've used one of the gorgeous images from the Fairytale Ladies PDF Colouring Book.  If you haven't had a look at the colouring books yet, do yourself a favour and pop over to see them.  They are incredible value for money!

I have coloured the image with Copics and used a Creative Dies stitched oval to cut her out.

My papers are from the Wild Rose Studio Letters from Paris paper pack.  I've added a square doily that I picked up in a second-hand store, and a few pearls from my stash.

My flowers are a mix of I Am Roses and 49 and Market, and the sentiment is cut with a Poppy Crafts die.

Up for grabs at The Paper Shelter this week is our usual fantastic prize!  Our winner will win a $30 store voucher if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (you could choose the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set), or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.

Thanks for popping in!

PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #713: ADD SOME DOODLING

Good Morning everyone!

Our lovely Elaine has chosen our theme this week.  She'd like you to
ADD SOME DOODLING
to your project.

Up for grabs this week, we have 2 digi images from our generous sponsor

I've used Cindy's Umbrella on my card.

I have coloured the image with Copics and allowed it to extend beyond the borders of the frame I cut for it.

My papers and the sentiment are from the Prima Lavender paper pack.  I've used a Martha Stewart butterfly punch to frame the paper.

My flowers are a mix of Prima and I Am Roses.

I was about to take my pics of this card, when I remembered that I was supposed to add doodling, so I grabbed my fine line pen and added a few hand-drawn corners.

Be sure to stop by the blog for a bit of inspiration this week.  Thanks for having a look at mine!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #571: LET'S GET SPORTY

Good Morning lovely crafters!

We're getting active at The Paper Shelter this week!  Our theme for the week is:
LET'S GET SPORTY

I've gone with a karate themed card, using Karate Girl.  I've coloured the image with Copics.

My papers are from the PhotoPlay Martial Arts paper pack.  I've added karate themed stickers by Sandy Lion, and flowers by 49 and Market, Prima and I Am Roses.  For a little added 'softness, I've bordered my card on two sides with 49 and Market lace.

PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #711: COLOUR CHALLENGE: GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE

Good Morning everyone!

Our lovely Wendy has chosen your theme this week:
GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE

Up for grabs this week we have a £15 store voucher to give away, from our generous sponsor

I've chosen an image from Lili of the Valley, called Elbow Grease, and coloured it with Copics.  I've then used a Poppy Crafts die to cut it out.

My papers are from two paper packs:  The purple from the Doodlebug Design Farmer's Market pack, and the others from the Echo Park Pets pack.

I've added some jute string and a few 49 and Market water droplet stickers.  My sentiment is a Stampendous! stamp.

This is a fun colour combo, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it this week.

Be sure to pop over to get a few more ideas from the team.  Thanks for coming to view mine!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #569: CLEAN & SIMPLE

Good Morning lovely crafters!

Our theme at The Paper Shelter this week is:
CLEAN & SIMPLE

This is a tough theme for me.  I am not a 'clean & simple' kind of gal!  I love adding lace and flowers, pearls and stickers.

Taking centre stage on my card is a super fun image, called Snowmen Singing Carols.  I've used a set of Creative Dies to frame the image and cut the paper behind it.

My papers for this one are from the DCWV Jolly Whimsy paper pack, and I decided that since the paper itself is full of words, I'd leave it at that, and not add a sentiment.

PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #709: FOR A MAN/BOY

Good Morning everyone!

I think we all battle to come up with ideas for male cards, and so this week, we're sharing our ideas, and hope you'll join us.  Our lovely Natalie has chosen your theme:
FOR A MAN/BOY

Up for grabs this week we have 3 digi images to give away, from our generous sponsor

There's a man in my life who absolutely LOVES coffee, so I chose Latte Coffee Cup for my card.  I've coloured the image with Copics, and used a set of Poppy Crafts dies to frame the image and the sentiment.

My papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Coffee Talk paper pack.  I've added a few strands of jute string, and chipboard stickers by Carta Bella - because the recipient is also big on road trips and LOVES VW vans.

I've finished off with a few coffee beans (which smell heavenly)

Be sure to pop over to get a few more ideas from the team.  Thanks for coming to view mine!
