PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #711: COLOUR CHALLENGE: GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE

Good Morning everyone!

Our lovely Wendy has chosen your theme this week:
GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE

Up for grabs this week we have a £15 store voucher to give away, from our generous sponsor

I've chosen an image from Lili of the Valley, called Elbow Grease, and coloured it with Copics.  I've then used a Poppy Crafts die to cut it out.

My papers are from two paper packs:  The purple from the Doodlebug Design Farmer's Market pack, and the others from the Echo Park Pets pack.

I've added some jute string and a few 49 and Market water droplet stickers.  My sentiment is a Stampendous! stamp.

This is a fun colour combo, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it this week.

Be sure to pop over to get a few more ideas from the team.  Thanks for coming to view mine!

LOVED UP

Did you take advantage of the MASSIVE sale at Lili of the Valley back in May?  Even though I already had quite a list of LOTV images, the sale was too good to pass up, so I did.  That got me looking through all the LOTV images I had already bought, and I decided to use this one for an Anniversary card.  The image is called Loved Up.

Now this image comes without mouths on the couple's faces, so I had to draw them in.  I'm not really happy with how it turned out, but it's such a small part of the card, that I decided to keep it.

I have coloured the image with Copics, and used a white gel pen to add the sparkle to her dress.  The background was created using a My Favourite Things brick stencil and Distress Ink.

My paper comes from the Reminisce City Lights paper pack.  I used a Find It Trading Kampen die for the sentiment, and cut it from Hunkydory Marvellous Mirri card.  Lastly, I added a few Prima crystal dots.

Thanks so much for popping over for a look today!

Lili's Anniversary

I have an Anniversary card to share today, using an adorable image from Lili of the Valley, called Showered With Love.

I have coloured the image with Copics and used papers from the DCWV Fairytale Dreams paper pack.  I've distressed my paper edges and used Gathered Twigs Distress Ink on all the edges.

The tag was made using a Creative Dies wonky stitches die and tied off with a spare piece of ribbon I had in my stash.  I used a Precious Marieke die for the top left corner.

My flowers are a mix of 49 and Market and I Am Roses, and I've added a few KaiserCraft pearls and a strip of cheesecloth.

Thanks for popping in for a look today!

PASSION FOR PROMARKERS CHALLENGE #501: FLOWERS

Good morning crafters!

We have a new challenge starting today with a wonderful theme to follow!  This week we'd like to see
FLOWERS

Up for grabs is a fantastic prize from

giving away one stamp set, which must be in stock

I almost always add flowers to my cards, so this one was easy for me!  I've used an image I've had in my stash for ages.  It reminds me of my daughter, who has the most incredible curls.  When she lets her hair grow long, she looks a lot like this!

The image is from Lili of the Valley.  It's called Curls.  I popped over to their new Etsy shop to link the image, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have been added there.

I have, of course, coloured my image with Promarkers.  I've used:

Skin: Spice; Soft Peach; Oatmeal; Blush; Almond
Hair: Burnt Sienna; Tan; Putty; Satin
Dress: Green; Mint Green; Soft Green; Black (and a white gel pen)
Lips: Mulberry; Dusky Rose; Cocktail Pink
Background: Blossom

My papers are from the Stamperia Flower Alphabet pack.  I've used a Martha Stewart punch along one edge.

I've added two strips of lace.  The brown lace was from my stash, and the pink lace is Rosie's Studio. My flowers are Blossoms By Vivaldi; 49 and Market and Little Birdie.

We can't wait to see all your wonderful creations this week!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Linda
