THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #495: NEW BEGINNINGS

Good Morning lovely crafters!

New years always come with NEW BEGINNINGS of some sort, and that's what our theme for the week is at The Paper Shelter.

This image from The Paper Shelter is just perfect for those buying a new home.  It's called Moving in Together.

I've coloured the image with Copics and used a Tim Holtz brick stencil and Distress Ink for the background.  I've then used a Creative Dies wonky stitches die to cut it out.

My papers are from the First Edition Mulberry Kisses paper pack.  The sentiment is a die and stamp combo by Crafti Potential.

I've added two Dress It Up button kitties, and a resin corner by Creative Scrapbooking.  Finally, I've added a few little pearls and one pearl heart.

I decided to keep this card fairly simple, so no added flowers, etc.

Up for grabs at The Paper Shelter this week is our usual fantastic prize!  Our winner will win a $30 store voucher if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (you could choose the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set), or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.

Thanks so much for popping in for a look!

Linda

LEANN'S WORLD 101 CHALLENGE #46: ANYTHING GOES

I have the pleasure of guest designing for LeAnn's World 101 this month, and I've chosen an image perfect for an Anniversary card.

The image is called Autumn Blessings

I have coloured the image with Copics and added in a bit of a background for them.  I've then used a Creative Expressions die to cut the image out.

My papers are from the Echo Park I Love Family paper pack, and the sentiment is a sticker included in the  pack.  I've used a KaiserCraft scalloped circle die cut to frame the sentiment.

I've added an old ribbon from my stash, and a strip of Birch Creative lace.

The gorgeous heart circles are two halves of the same Celebr8 laser cut, which I have coloured with an R89 Copic marker.  And finally, I've added 49 and Market flowers.

The team at LeAnn's World 101 have a gorgeous set of inspiration projects to show off this month, so be sure to pop over for a look.
