PASSION FOR MARKERS CHALLENGE #763: BIRTHDAYS

 

Good Morning crafty friends!

Our theme for the week at Passion for Markers is

BIRTHDAYS

And we have a fantastic prize up for grabs from our generous sponsor

I so enjoyed working with the Book Lovers set a few weeks ago, that I decided to use another image and sentiment from the set, this week.  This image is particularly meaningful to me, because I'm in the middle of a Diploma in Naturopathy, and have developed a passion for Herbal Medicine.

I've coloured the image with Copics.

My paper is from the Stamperia Garden House paper pack.  I've kept things simple, only adding two Stamperia laser cuts, which I've coloured with my Copic marker, and two Martha Stewart pearls.

Good morning friends!

Our fun theme this week is:

SPOTS AND/OR STRIPES

I chose one of the gorgeous images and a sentiment from the Book Lovers set.

I've coloured the image with Copics.

My papers and the hearts are from the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Winter Woods paper pack.  The doilies are Yvonne Creations die cut, and the lovely vintage lamp is Marianne Design die cut.  I've finished off with a few American Crafts enamel dots.

BECCY'S NOT BEARY HAPPY!

I have used a Beccy's Place freebie, called Not Beary Happy, and coloured him with ProMarkers.  He has the cutest little sad face and weepy eyes, and I knew the moment I saw him, that he REALLY needed a cuddle!  

My papers are all from the Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics pack.  The two top tags were cut from Poppy Crafts dies.  The heart charm is by Solid Oak, Inc.  I have added two paper doilies, some pearls and an assortment of flowers, including Green Tara and Petaloo.

BECCY'S FAMILY REUNION

I have used a Beccy’s Place freebie, called Family Reunion, and coloured it with ProMarkers.  I have added ‘fur’ (Flowersoft) to the furry outfits, and Liquid Pearls on the snow.  I have added lots of little buttons, a Bo Bunny charm, Petaloo flowers, and a Jolee’s Christmas tree.  My paper is from the Dovecraft Christmas Decoupage & Paper Pad, and I have used a Martha Stewart punch around the image.
