I have a gorgeous image from Sparkle & Sprinkle to share with you today.  It's called Emily Showers of Love.  I have coloured the image with markers and added in a bit of a background for her.

I've kept my card really simple, using only paper from the Recollections Kaitlin pack, and Dress It Up buttons to decorate.

Good Morning ProMarker Lovers!

Our talented Nat has chosen your theme.  She would like to see an animal on your project this week.

I've used a gorgeous image from our sponsor, called Christmas Deer, and of course, coloured it with ProMarkers.  I originally coloured the teeny flowers with ProMarkers too, but I'd gone into them with my browns, so the colour wasn't coming up too great.  I decided to use gel pens on them instead.

I've used:

Body: Umber; Cocoa; Caramel; Sandstone; Putty

Spots: Warm Greys 5 & 3

Background: Pastel Blue

My papers are from the Stamperia Pink Christmas pack.  I've distressed all the edges and inked them with Distress Inks.  I've added two strips of lace, a Dovecraft paper doily, a pearl swirl by Bella! Bling and a few wooden embellishments by KaiserCraft, some of which I've painted white.  My flowers are KaiserCraft too.

To be in line to win our fantastic prize this week, just follow the theme, as of course, use your Winsor & Newton (Formerly Letraset) markers - you could use ProMarkers; flex markers; tria markers; aqua markers or metallic markers.  We're all looking forward to seeing your projects this week!

DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS FREE HUGS & PUMPKINS

Hi Everybody!

This is my very first post as part of the Digi Doodle Studios Design Team, and I am over the moon to be working with such a beautiful group of people and showcasing these charming images!!

There's a brand New Holiday Release in store available right now, with super new images to see.

I have used Free Hugs & Pumpkins on my card.  I have coloured the image with markers, and cut it out with a Poppy Crafts die.  I've used a Poppy Crafts die for the tree of life too.

My papers and the tag are from the Heartfelt Creations Beary Fun Retreat collection.  The doily was crocheted by my mum Annette during her last visit.  My flowers are Bo Bunny and 49 and Market.

I've added a strip of red wispy stuff and a Darice leaf charm.

I have used a Polkadoodles image on my card.  It's called Marigold, and I have coloured the image with markers.

My papers are from the Bo Bunny Believe collection.  The sentiment is a KaiserCraft clean stamp and I have cut it out using a Spellbinders die.  My flowers are Green Tara.  I've added a few corner gems and a few random gems, as well as a ribbon.

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #356: TIME TO CELEBRATE!

Hi There Crafters!

It's Wednesday, and that means IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE! at The Paper Shelter!  Whether you're celebrating a birthday this week, or working on your Christmas cards, or maybe it's an Anniversary in your family, ANY celebration will do!

Where I live, Christmas is HOT!  It's all about sun, sand and beaches.  So I decided to make a Christmas card using a Summer scene, using Enjoy The Summer, which I have coloured with markers.  I've given Summer Santa a little pompom on his hat, to complete the image.

My paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Backyard Blossoms collection.  I typed up the curvy sentiment (tedious task) and cut it out using a Spellbinders die.  The reindeer and gifts are Jolee's.  The ribbon with a little bell attached was originally attached to a Lindt chocolate box- yes... there are SO many reasons to eat chocolate!  The gem swirls are Want 2 Scrap.

As usual, we have a fantastic prize from The Paper Shelter up for grabs!

MY BESTIES AUSSIE'S OCTOBER CHALLENGE

I am so happy to be part of the Aussie group of designers for My Besties!

The October challenge is starting on the blog today, and we hope you'll join us!

I've used Big Eye Big Head Dolls Dora Belle, and coloured her with markers.  I used 2 Tim Holtz stencils with Distress ink to create the background for her, and encircled her with pearls.

The image is mounted onto a Wonky Stitches die by Creative Dies.  I've used Poppy Crafts dies for the 2 tags.  The sentiments are Clear Impressions stamps.

My papers are from the Echo Park I Love Family collection.  I've added a strip of lace, a KaiserCraft doily, and Petaloo butterflies.  The flowers are a mix of 49 and Market, Little Birdie and KaiserCraft.
