PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #402: ANYTHING GOES

Oh boy, do we have exciting prizes up for grabs for you at Penny's this week!!  We have TWO brand new sponsors!

are giving away 5 digi images of the winner's choice,

and

are giving away 3 digi images of the winner's choice!!

I have the pleasure of showing off a Hetty Clare image today.  It's called Wakey Wakey, and I have coloured the image with markers.

I just couldn't resist this fun image!  Cat lovers know exactly what they're subjected to when their furry alarm clock goes off in the morning!  I had a precious cat a few years ago who would sit on my chest and gently tap my cheek with her paw to wake me up, and if I dared to ignore her, she would expertly hook my eyelid with her claws (without actually puncturing the skin at all) and PULL MY EYELIDS OPEN!

My papers are from the Bo Bunny Summer Mood pack.  I've used a set of kitty dies from Spellbinders to cut the two hearts and the paw prints.  The sentiment is a Newton's Nook clear stamp, on a Poppy Crafts die cut tag.  Other than that, I've added a strip of lace.

With such super prizes up for grabs, I'm sure you're itching to get creative this week!  I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

To visit either of our sponsors, you can click on their logos above, or click on our banner to see what the rest of the Design Team have to show you this week.

Thanks so much for popping in for a look!

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #358: DIGITAL IMAGE

Hi There Paper Shelter lovers!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter, and our theme for the week is:

USE A DIGITAL IMAGE

This is Autumn Enchantment.  I have coloured her with markers.  I have bordered the image with a very dark brown lace, but unfortunately, it looks black in the pic!  I've added a hand crocheted doily and more lace and wispy stuff.

My paper is from the 49 and Market Rusty Autumn pack.  I've added a sheet of corrugated paper too. The gorgeous Autumn leaves are Prima.  My flowers are 49 and Market and Green Tara.  I've also added a few Prima wooden toadstools, and a little pair of acorns (KaiserCraft).

As usual, we have a fantastic prize from The Paper Shelter up for grabs this week!

You could win a $30 gift certificate if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your creation (black & white image, pre-coloured image or paper), or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.

The team have some gorgeous examples on display for you this week, so be sure to head over to the challenge to see them!

CHRISTMAS BULB CAR

This little cutie is from Cute As A Button.  It's called Christmas Bulb Car, and I have coloured the image with markers.

My papers are from the DCWV Blue Noel pack.  The tag is a Creative Dies die cut, and the sentiment on it is a Sheena Douglass clear stamp.  The giant snowflake is an Amy Design die cut.  The little snowflakes are Jolee's.  The wreath is a wooden embellishment which I sprayed with white Gesso.  I've used Prima stamps for the stitched edges.

PASSION FOR PROMARKERS CHALLENGE #465: ANIMALS

Good Morning ProMarker Lovers!

We have a wonderful prize up for grabs at Passion for Promarkers this week!

will be giving away 2 digi images of the winner's choice

Our talented Nat has chosen your theme.  She would like to see an animal on your project this week.

I've used a gorgeous image from our sponsor, called Christmas Deer, and of course, coloured it with ProMarkers.  I originally coloured the teeny flowers with ProMarkers too, but I'd gone into them with my browns, so the colour wasn't coming up too great.  I decided to use gel pens on them instead.

I've used:

Body: Umber; Cocoa; Caramel; Sandstone; Putty

Spots: Warm Greys 5 & 3

Background: Pastel Blue

My papers are from the Stamperia Pink Christmas pack.  I've distressed all the edges and inked them with Distress Inks.  I've added two strips of lace, a Dovecraft paper doily, a pearl swirl by Bella! Bling and a few wooden embellishments by KaiserCraft, some of which I've painted white.  My flowers are KaiserCraft too.

To be in line to win our fantastic prize this week, just follow the theme, as of course, use your Winsor & Newton (Formerly Letraset) markers - you could use ProMarkers; flex markers; tria markers; aqua markers or metallic markers.  We're all looking forward to seeing your projects this week!

Thanks so much for stopping by for a look!

There's a brand New Holiday Release in store available right now, with super new images to see.

I have used Free Hugs & Pumpkins on my card.  I have coloured the image with markers, and cut it out with a Poppy Crafts die.  I've used a Poppy Crafts die for the tree of life too.

My papers and the tag are from the Heartfelt Creations Beary Fun Retreat collection.  The doily was crocheted by my mum Annette during her last visit.  My flowers are Bo Bunny and 49 and Market.

I've added a strip of red wispy stuff and a Darice leaf charm.

You can see more of these gorgeous images in our Facebook Group, where we'd love you share your Digi Doodle Studios creations too!  There's also a Facebook challenge you could enter with your Digi Doodle Studios creations, and of course, our monthly challenge on the blog:
