THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #362: CHRISTMAS IS COMING

Hi There Crafters!

We're getting ready for Christmas at The Paper Shelter!  You theme for this week is: 

CHRISTMAS IS COMING

I have used an adorable image called Christmas Candy Fairy, and coloured the image with markers.

I've used a Darice embossing folder to frame the card, and a Poppy Crafts die for the wreath behind her.  I added Glossy Accents for the berries on the wreath and coloured it with markers.  I've added pearls to the snowflakes, and used Little B washi tape along the edges of the card.

We're displaying a beautiful assortment of Christmas images for you this week, so be sure to pop along to the blog to see.

Hi There crafty people!

I have used a Pattie's Creations image on my card.  It's called Roses in Milk Bottle.  I have coloured the image with markers, and cut it out using a Poppy Crafts stitched die.

My papers are from the Lemon Craft Violet Silence pack.  The doily is a Bo Bunny die cut.  The swirl is a Scrap FX laser cut, and the corner embellishment is a Celebr8 laser cut.  I have sprayed both with white Gesso.  I've added a few pearls, a strip of lace and flowers.

My paper comes from the Echo Park I Love Family pack.  The lace, twig circle and orange flowers are 49 and Market.  The rest of the flowers are Celebr8, and the gorgeous Autumn leaves are Prima.

FIRST ANNIVERSARY

Last year was a massive year in our family.  Two of our three children got married within a few months of each other, and to be completely honest, I was totally over 'love' by the time it was all done!  It's now a year later and both couples are celebrating their first anniversary.  This is one of the Anniversary cards I've made for them.  You can find the other here.

This image is from Mo's Digital Pencil.  It's called Date, and I have coloured it with markers.  I've used Creative Dies tag dies to cut out the image and sentiment.  The sentiment itself is a Simonne Clay clear stamp.  I've tied them off with bamboo cord.

My paper is from the Stamperia Atelier pack.  I've added two little twig hearts and a few pearls.

DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS GINGER SPICE COCOA MUG

Christmas is fast approaching, and there's a brand new release at Digi Doodle Studios, with the most adorable images, to get you right in the mood to make a start on your Christmas cards!

This is Ginger Spice Cocoa Mug.  I have coloured the image with markers and cut it out using a Sizzix die.  The sentiments are clear stamps by Sincere Sentiments and Apple Blossom.  I have cut them out using a Poppy Crafts die.

My paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Merry and Bright collection.  I've added a strip of lace, a giant bow and a hand crocheted Christmas tree, as well as a little pearl swirl.

Oh my word... Does it get any cuter than this!

Hi There Crafters!

We have a beautiful set of images to showcase this month!  This is Mystacle Mermaid Shells "Under The Sea"

I have coloured the image with markers and added a background for her.  I've used Mini Prills in her hair and on the corners of the image.  

My paper is from the Lemon Craft Gossamer Blue pack.  My flowers are Green Tara and 49 and Market.  I've added a strip of cheesecloth and a strip of lace as well as a few random pearls.  I've used several dies on this card:  The bubbles are Magnolia; the reeds are Creative Expressions, and the seahorse is Poppy Crafts.  The turtle is Jolee's.
