and

I have used a lovely image from Hetty Clare, called Ducks Day Out.  I have coloured the image with markers.

My papers and sentiment are from the Heartfelt Creations Patchwork daisy pack.  I have used a stitched circle die from Creative Dies to cut out my image and papers.  I've added a few flowers, a strip of lace, and one little flower button, as well as a paper doily by Dovecraft.

The girls have created beautiful cards on behalf of our sponsors this week!  You can use our banner above to see them, or just click on our sponsors' logos to head straight to their stores.

THE PAPER SHELTER CHALLENGE #378: ADD STARS

Good Morning Paper Shelter lovers!

Our challenge for your project this week is to:
⭐️✨ADD SOME STARS💫⭐️

I have used one of my all time favourite images from The Paper Shelter.  It's called The Time of My Life.

I was 15 when Dirty Dancing hit the big screen, but I don't think you 'needed to be there', to recognise these two!

I have coloured the image with markers and added a few glittery stars in the background, with white gel pen.  I've used a stitched oval die by Creative Dies to cut the image out, and smaller dies from the set, to cut out the sentiments.

My papers are from the Studio Light So... Spring pack.  I've used Poppy Crafts dies to cut the heart border, starry corner flourish and swirly heart.  I've added a strip of cheesecloth and a ribbon and flowers by Prima.  I've also added a few tiny gem stars and a gem swirl by Bella! Bling.

The rest of the team have more great ideas for adding stars to your project, so be sure to pop back to the blog to see them.

We have our usual fantastic prize up for grabs this week!  You could win a $30 store voucher if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your creation, or 3 digis of your choice, if you've used another brand.  You're allowed to submit up to 3 entries, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them - you could use the black & white digi, the pre-coloured image or even the paper.

Thanks so much for popping in for a look today!

YOU & ME

I was asked to make a simple wedding card for neighbours.  I have used this sweet couple from Tiddly Inks, called You and Me, and coloured them with markers.  I've framed them and the base card with silver mirrored card and used the same for the Congratulations, which is an Impression Obsession die cut.  I've added 3 small rhinestones on either side.

It normally makes me quite uncomfortable to leave a card this clean and simple, but I was actually quite happy with the end result.

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #424

Good Morning crafters!

This week at Penny's, we're showcasing two fabulous sponsors!

and

I have used a fun image from Sparkle n Sprinkle, from a set called Kitty Celebrates.  I have coloured the image with markers and cut it out with a blade.  I wanted to give the impression that my little kitty had been inside the blue frame, before he got himself tangled up in the balloons, and started floating away, but when I showed my card to my husband, I had to point it out 🙄.  Anyway...  The frame is a Tim Holtz die cut.

The Celebrate sentiment is included in the image set, and I added the Happy Birthday.  My papers and stickers are from the PhotoPlay Cake Rainbow Sprinkles pack.

DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS APRIL CHALLENGE: ANYTHING GOES

Good Morning Friends!

Our latest challenge has just gone live on the Challenge Blog, and the theme for the month is:
ANYTHING GOES!

One of the things I love about Digi Doodles, is that the majority of them have animals included.  I LOVE animals!  So this month I decided to showcase a few of my favourite I LOVE ANIMALS images, starting with Anna Lee.

I have coloured the image with markers and cut it out using a stitched tag die from Poppy Crafts.  My papers are from the Studio Light Winter Days pack.  I've used the same set of dies to cut two more tags.  I've added some wispy stuff (no idea what it's called!) and a doily crocheted by my mum.

Anna Lee made me think of posing for photographs, so I decided to run with that and added a camera corner by Celebr8, and the word Smile on top of that (KaiserCraft).  The lattice heart is by 2Crafty.  I've painted it with Prima Opal Magic.

My flowers are a mix of Prima, KaiserCraft, 49 and Market, Green Tara, and Celebr8.  I've also added a few pearls.

I can't wait to see what you share with us this month!

You can find loads of inspiration in our FaceBook Group, and if you enter your Digi Doodle creations in our DDS Forever Challenge there, you'll have the chance of winning your favourite Digi Doodle image!

Here are a few quick links for you:

Good Luck!!
