PET LOVERS CHRISTMAS CARD 2019 10

This is the 10th and I believe final, in a series of mini cards I am making for pet lovers.  I try to keep these cards as simple and low cost as possible.  I also try to get the pets to look as much like those loved by the recipients, as possible.

On this card I've doubled up on an adorable image from Imagine That, called Dachshund Party.  I've coloured the image with markers and used a Creative Dies wonky stitches die to cut it out.  

My paper is from the DCWV Mrs. Claus' Kitchen paper pack.  I've added two mini tree ornaments by  Festv, and a few Echo Park enamel dots.

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #453

Good morning crafters!

We have a fun new challenge on the go at Penny's, with prizes from 2 great sponsors up for grabs:

The team are showcasing images from Imagine That! this week.  I've used Snowing Cupcakes on my card.  I don't know about you, but the idea of cupcakes raining down from the sky gets me VERY excited!  It's such a fun Christmas image!

I have coloured the image with markers and used KaiserCraft circle and scalloped circle dies to cut the image and sentiment out.  By the way, the sentiment is included in the image set, along with other other options.

My papers are from a Me to You set.  The ribbon and remade bow are Papermania.  I have unfortunately ripped the label off the packaging for the tile letters making up JOY, so I can't tell you what brand they are.  The sweet red and green jewelled snowflakes are Dress It Up buttons.  I've also added Echo Park enamel dots.

IMAGINE THAT DIGISTAMP CREATIVE PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE #10: REMINDER

I have the honour of Guest Designing for the ITD Creative Playground Challenge this month, and so an opportunity to create with these wonderful images.

This one is called Snappy Sandy.  I have coloured the image with markers and added in a beach background for her.  The sentiments and little film strip are part of this fun set.

My paper is from the 49 and Market Seaside pack.  

I've added two laser cut film strips from The Dusty Attic, and sprayed them with white Gesso.  The fantastic camera is Jolee's.

I've added flowers by KaiserCraft; 49 and Market, and Blossoms by Vivaldi.

IMAGINE THAT CREATIVE PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE #10

I have the honour of being one of the Guest Designers for the ITD Creative Playground Challenge this month.  

I have used The Great Outdoors set on this card, and created a wonderful woodsy camping scene.  I've used the tree 10 times, the male and female characters, the campfire, the tent, and two signposts.  I added my own sentiment to the plain signpost, because I intend this card to be for a sweet young couple who LOVE camping.

I have coloured my entire scene with markers, mounted it onto two plain colours to frame it and added two Jolee's tree stumps to finish it off.  I did play with the idea of adding more camping goodies, but it just seemed complete as it was, so I left it at that.

IMAGINE THAT DIGISTAMP CREATIVE PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE #7 REMINDER

This month I have the honour of being one of the Guest Designers at the ITD Creative Playground Challenge, and I got to create using these fantastic images.

This one is called Coffee Girl 2.  The image, papers and sentiment are all part of the set.  

I coloured the image with markers and then used a Tim Holtz Stencil and Distress Ink to create the floor, and a Celebr8 stencil with Distress Ink to create the wall behind her.  The sentiment has been cut out using a Creative Dies wonky stitches tag die.  I've left it loose, wedged behind the image.

My flowers are Prima and Green Tara.  The coffee goodies are all Dress It Up buttons, and there's a strip of lace hidden in there too.

IMAGINE THAT DIGISTAMP CREATIVE PLAYGROUND CHALLENGE #7

This month I have the honour of being one of the Guest Designers for the ITD Creative Playground Challenge and therefore, an opportunity to create using these adorable images.

This one is called Coffee Boy.  I have coloured him with markers.

My sentiment and the 2 coffee themed papers are from the same set.  My striped paper is from the DCWV White Ginger pack.  I've used a Tim Holtz die to cut the sentiment tag.

The cupcake and medallion are Dress It Up buttons and the Starbucks cup is from Creative Talents.  I've also added a few actual coffee beans, so my card smells delightful!

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #431

I've been on the look out for images lately, that I can use on Anniversary cards, and this one from Imagine That is definitely one of the cutest I've seen.

It's called Llama Kisses.  The fun sentiment is part of the set.

I've coloured the image with markers, and cut it out using a Poppy Crafts die.  The heart is also a Poppy Crafts die cut, and the picket fence is a Couture Creations die cut.

My paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Floral Fashionista collection.  I've added a strip of wispy stuff and a strip of lace, and made a bow with a pretty ribbon from my stash.  The flowers are Prima and the little wooden hearts are KaizerCraft.

I have used an adorable image from Imagine That, called It MOOOst Be Love to make an Anniversary card.  I have coloured the image with markers and drawn in a background for them.  The sentiment is one of several included in the set.  

My papers are from the First Edition Love Letters pack.  I have used Sizzix dies to cut out the hearts and another to cut out the image and offset paper behind it.  I've mounted the hearts at varying levels using puffy pads.  I've added a ribbon and bow and a few enamel hearts.
