PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #466

This gorgeous image is called Lilly Mermaid.   

I have coloured the image with markers and used an underwater background technique from the Underwater Magic markers class from Kit & Clowder.  I did the beads in her hair and around her arms and tail, with gel pens.  You may be able to spot a bit of smudging around the beads on her tail, in the close up pic - I stupidly leaned on them while they were still wet.  

I've used an oval wonky stitches die from Creative Dies to cut the image out and allowed her tail to extend beyond the oval.  

My paper is from the Bo Bunny Down By The Sea paper pack.  The beautiful corner scenes are all from one Studio Light die, which I cut apart.  I then drew in the white stitching with a gel pen.  The coral and jelly fish are from the same range of Studio Light dies.  I've added Prima flowers and Prima Say It In Crystals gems.
