DIGI DOODLE STUDIOS CHALLENGE #41 YOUR FAVOURITE SEASON/TIME OF YEAR

Our new challenge for August has kicked off on the challenge blog, and it's going to be a fun one this month.  The theme for the month is:

YOUR FAVOURITE SEASON/TIME OF YEAR

My favourite time of year is definitely Winter! I don't do well with heat.  

Now for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere, that means Christmas time, but for me, Winter happens mid-year, so I've gone with a birthday card, rather than a Christmas card, using Ivy's Christmas Shopping Spree.  I've coloured the image with Copics and then used a Creative Dies wonky stitches die to cut it out.  

I've chosen papers from an older paper pack: First Edition Love Letters.

The sentiment is a Crafti Potential stamp and die set, and I've used a Tim Holtz tag die for it too.  The doily is a Crafter's Companion Desire die cut.  

I've added a strip each of Simplicity lace and ribbon, and a few pearls.  My flowers are Green Tara.
