PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #365

I was lucky enough to work with Kimono Portrait from Star Stampz this week.  Isn't she cute!!!  I coloured the image with markers.  My papers are from the DCWV The Blue Citrus stack.  My flowers are Prima.  The message is a stamp from Ultimate Crafts, and the pretty little frame around it is a Spellbinders die cut.

DIGI CHOOSDAY WEEK 5

Hi there crafty friends!

The team was given the theme Hello/Goodbye to work with.  I have used the gorgeous New Bonnet, from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Collection, and coloured her with markers.  My papers are from the same collection, and the sentiment is from the Helga Hippo Collection.

I've added a gem swirl, a few flowers and a little foam handbag.

FIRST BIRTHDAY

I needed to make a card for a first birthday, and since most things handed to a one-year-old end up in their mouths, I thought it best to keep the card as clean and simple as possible.  The image is from Lili of the Valley, and I have coloured it with markers.  The dotty paper is from the Sugar & Spice Studio Baby Girl pack.  The Nephew stamp is Papermania.

JESS COFFEE TIME

This beautiful digi is from Sweet Escape Digis and is called Jess Coffee Time.  I have coloured her with ProMarkers.  The frame around her is a Spellbinders die cut.  I coloured the lacy border with ProMarkers.  My papers are all from the Bo Bunny Aryia's Garden pack.  I have embossed the deep orange strip with a Crafter's Companion Rustic Cottage border embossing folder.  The flowers are a mix of Prima, Petaloo and KaiserCraft.

DAPHNE

This sweet little image is a Sylvia Zet Wee Stamps digi, called Daphne.  I have coloured her with ProMarkers.  My paper is from the DCWV Linen Closet Stack.  The circular frame and message tag were cut on my Cameo.  In the top corner is a Prima resin corner embellishment.  I've added some lace, a paper doily and an assortment of flowers, including KaiserCraft and 49 and Market.  The sentiment is an SC Design stamp.

EARTH DAY

For this card I used a digi from Cute As A Button, called Earth Day 2014, and coloured it with markers.  The 'brother' who will be receiving this is a very keen gardener!

I got to use this beautiful image from Digistamps 4 Joy, called Head Shots - Lockets and Braids, and coloured it with markers.  It's such a fun image!

Hi everybody!

There's a new challenge starting at Passion for Promarkers today, with a fantastic prize up for grabs!

I got to use the Summer Louie set on my card, and coloured it all in with ProMarkers.  In this set you get Louie with a beer, Louie with a cocktail, and several sentiments, including the one I used.   I used both Louies on my card, but turned one into a Louise, by giving her a pink chair and colouring her a little lighter than the other Louie - just to make her look a little softer.

My papers are from the DCWV Peri & Peach stack.  I have used LOTS of dies on this card:

SWEET ESCAPE

This beautiful image was given away by Sweet Escape Digis last year as a freebie via Kit & Clowder.  It has taken me this long to colour her up.  She is so striking that I decided to keep the card as simple as possible, to show her off.  The light grey/silver striped paper is from the DCWV The Formal Affair stack.  I have double layered the frame around her, with puffy pads.  The frame was cut on my Cameo.  All I've added to that is pearls on the inner edge of the frame, and one in the bottom corner of the card.

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #363: ANYTHING GOES

Hello everybody!

I was lucky enough to work with this wonderful Bugaboo image, called Shopping Girls, which I coloured with markers.  I decided to try a new fold for my card: A U-shaped card.  It was a lot of fun!  My papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Butterfly Medley Collection.  The crafty stamp at the top is Art Impressions.  The cappuccino is an Artoz Artwork sticker, and all the other elements were cut on my Cameo.
