PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #374: ANYTHING GOES

It's celebration time!! This week at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges, we have two great prizes up for grabs!

I have used Chanel Masquerade Ball from Digi Doodle Studios today.  You can't look at that face and NOT feel like celebrating!  I have coloured the image with markers, and added Glossy Accents and Liquid Pearls to her bubbles, necklace and the jewels in her crown.  I have cut her out using a Spellbinders die.

The top left frame is also a Spellbinders die cut, and the lacy piece on the right is an Ultimate Crafts die cut.  My background paper is from the DCWV Constellations pack, and the paper attached to the die cut frames is from the DCWV Samantha Rose pack.  

I've added a few feathers, a ribbon and a bow.  The charms are Ribtex, and the black mask at the bottom is Jenni B.  The sentiment was a freebie stamp with a magazine.
